Brown Trail School Of Preaching Alumni Association

Brown Trail church of Christ’s elders in 1965 started the Brown Trail School of Preaching (BTSOP) to help men have a deep understanding of the Word of God while learning to proclaim that Word through preaching. The first students were Dan Carter, Danny Cornish, Bill Reed, and Ron Cole. The Directors of the School of Preaching were through the years Roy Deaver 1965-1979, Wendell Winkler 1979-1982, Eddie Whitten 1982-1987, Maxie Boren 1988-1991, Dave Miller 1992-2002, Maxie Boren 2002-2003, Robert Stapleton 2003-present. The school has graduated many faithful preachers over the years that have now started the BTSOP Alumni Association. The Alumni Association was started January of 2006 and is looking for the past graduates of BTSOP.  If there are any BTSOP Alumni that would like to be apart of the Association you can contact Landon Rowell at btsopalumni@gmail.com.
